Terms of Service
These Terms describe the conditions for using MideastAI, a desktop tool for collecting public-source news, preparing editorial drafts, creating visual content, and publishing approved material to a connected Facebook Page.

At a glance: MideastAI is an editorial assistance tool, not an independent news-verification service. Users are responsible for checking claims, securing publication rights, and approving content before it appears publicly. Publishing and source retrieval depend on third-party platforms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the MideastAI desktop application and related pages operated by RS TECH SOLUTIONS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using MideastAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
These Terms primarily address users authorized to operate the MideastAI application. Visitors who read content published on a third-party platform are also subject to that platform's own terms.
2. About MideastAI
MideastAI helps users monitor selected publicly accessible sources, organize incoming reports, detect potentially duplicate stories, create or edit headlines and captions, prepare images, and publish approved content to Facebook Pages the user is authorized to manage.
Some features use automated processing or artificial intelligence. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated. Features may vary by application version and configuration.
3. Authorized access and account responsibilities
You must have the legal authority to connect any Facebook Page or other service to MideastAI. You are responsible for managing your own platform accounts, permissions, access tokens, device security, and any publishing actions performed with your credentials.
Do not share your passwords or tokens with unauthorized persons. You are responsible for complying with the terms and rules of each service you connect.
4. Editorial review and accuracy
MideastAI may generate draft news summaries, headlines, captions, translations, labels, and graphics from third-party reports. Generated content is not automatically verified, and the appearance of a report in the application does not establish that its claims are true.
Before publishing, the user is responsible for confirming sources and attribution, identifying uncertainty, checking dates and locations, assessing claims about casualties or military events, and removing unrelated promotional material. Allegations and unconfirmed developments should be presented with appropriate qualification.
Automated duplicate detection, “better story” rankings, and other quality labels are workflow aids—not guarantees of accuracy, independence, or completeness.
5. Content, copyright, and permissions
Public availability of a Telegram post or other source does not necessarily grant permission to republish its text, images, video, or other material. You must have the necessary rights, licenses, or other legal basis to use content you publish and must provide attribution where required.
You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in material you create or submit. You authorize MideastAI to process that material as needed to provide the functions you choose, including draft preparation, local storage, image generation, and publishing to connected services.
Third-party names, trademarks, and source content remain the property of their respective owners. MideastAI does not claim ownership of third-party reporting.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MideastAI to:
- Publish material that violates applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform policies.
- Knowingly distribute fabricated news, deceptive impersonations, misleading claims, or manipulated media presented as authentic reporting.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully disclose private information about individuals.
- Access Pages or systems without permission, bypass security controls, or misuse credentials or APIs.
- Distribute malware, spam, or content otherwise prohibited by the connected services.
We may limit or discontinue access to the application or associated services if required by law, security, or applicable platform rules.
8. Privacy, local data, and security
The collection, use, storage, and deletion of information related to MideastAI are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
Depending on configuration, local data may include drafts, source references, duplicate-detection records, account settings, and publication identifiers. Deleting a local draft does not automatically remove any Facebook post already published.
9. Availability and updates
MideastAI may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Individual features may not always function because of local connectivity, third-party outages, permission changes, platform policy updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful delivery, publication, or visibility of any post.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MideastAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted performance, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated information, or error-free integrations.
News, commentary, and generated visuals prepared using MideastAI are informational or editorial materials and should not be treated as independently verified solely because the application produced them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RS TECH SOLUTIONS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of MideastAI, including errors in generated content, publication failures, platform restrictions, lost opportunities, or unauthorized use resulting from compromised user credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Ending use of the application
You may stop using MideastAI and uninstall it at any time. You can also revoke connected Page permissions through the relevant platform. Local application files and records may need to be deleted separately; see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Posts already published to Facebook remain subject to the Page's own management and deletion processes.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the application or relevant legal and platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version took effect. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
